Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours (typically much faster during business hours). We will confirm your eligibility and initiate the refund process immediately.

Refund processed within 5-10 business days

Once confirmed, your refund will be processed through our payment processor, Paddle. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. What Gets Refunded

  • Monthly subscriptions: You will receive a full refund of your most recent monthly payment.
  • Annual subscriptions: You will receive a full refund of your annual payment if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal date.
  • Lifetime plans: Lifetime plan purchases are also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

5. After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier (if available) or deactivated, depending on your preference.
  • You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period for which the refund was issued.

After the 30-day window, we still want to ensure you're satisfied. While unconditional refunds are limited to the first 30 days, we evaluate requests beyond this period on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any of the following, please reach out to us:

  • Extended service outage that materially impacted your ability to use the platform.
  • Billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts.
  • Account issues that prevented you from accessing features you paid for.
